Terms of Service
Effective 7 October 2026
The short version.
- nudj. is free to download and currently free to use.
- Your reminders belong to you. Signing in is optional.
- nudj. helps you remember a schedule. It is not medical advice and not a medical device.
- Alarms depend on your phone's settings, so please don't rely on nudj. as your only reminder for anything critical.
- AI can make mistakes. Check every reminder before you save it, especially scanned ones.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply to the nudj. Android app, its web version and this website (together, "nudj."). By installing or using nudj., you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use nudj.
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. Who we are
nudj. is made and operated by Narayanan, an independent developer ("we", "us"). You can reach us at sooperwatches@gmail.com.
3. Who can use nudj.
You must be at least 13 years old to use nudj. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use nudj. only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
4. What nudj. does
nudj. turns reminders you speak, type or photograph into scheduled reminders and alarms on your phone. You can mark a reminder Done, mark a dose Taken, snooze it, and see the history of a course. Signing in with Google is optional and backs your reminders up.
We may add, change or remove features over time. We'll try to keep anything important working and to give notice of big changes.
5. Not medical advice
nudj. is a reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend any medicine, dose or treatment.
- When you scan a prescription, nudj. tries to read what was already written. It can misread handwriting, dosages or durations. Check every reminder against the original prescription before you confirm it, and ask your doctor or pharmacist if anything is unclear.
- Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions, even if a reminder in nudj. says something different.
- Do not use nudj. in an emergency. Contact your local emergency services instead.
6. Alarms and reliability
We work hard to make alarms ring on time, including when the app is closed and the phone is locked. But whether an alarm rings also depends on things we don't control, such as:
- permissions you grant or remove (notifications, exact alarms, full-screen alarms);
- battery-saving, power-saving and "Do Not Disturb" settings, and restrictions added by some phone makers;
- your phone being switched off, out of battery, or the app being uninstalled or its data cleared.
So we can't promise that every alarm will ring. For anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as critical medication, please keep another reminder too.
7. AI features
nudj. uses AI services to understand what you say, type or photograph. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or, rarely, inappropriate. You decide what is saved: please review each reminder before you confirm it.
If nudj. produces something inaccurate, offensive or harmful, please tell us at sooperwatches@gmail.com so we can look into it and improve it.
8. Your content
The reminders, voice recordings, photos and documents you give nudj. ("your content") remain yours. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to run nudj. for you, for example sending a voice note or photo to an AI service to understand it, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.
Only give nudj. content you have the right to use, and be thoughtful about sharing other people's personal information.
9. Accounts and deletion
You can use nudj. without an account. If you sign in with Google, keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
You can delete your nudj. account and its backed-up reminders at any time. See how to delete your account, or email us. Reminders stored only on your phone are removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
10. Acceptable use
Please use nudj. lawfully and fairly. In particular, don't:
- use nudj. to break the law or to harass, harm or deceive anyone;
- try to access other people's data, or our servers or services in ways we haven't made available;
- overload, disrupt, scrape or automate requests to our services, or use them to power another product;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell nudj., except where the law allows it.
11. Price
nudj. is currently free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features or advertising, we will tell you before they take effect and update these terms and our Privacy Policy. You will never be charged without agreeing first, and payments will be handled through Google Play under its terms.
12. Updates
We improve nudj. regularly through Google Play updates. An update can change how a feature works; we try to keep anything important working, and your feedback helps us fix problems quickly.
13. Google Play
These terms are between you and us, not Google. Google is not responsible for nudj. or its content. Your download and use of the app through Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
14. Third-party services
nudj. relies on other services to work, such as Google Sign-In, Google Firebase, Supabase and AI providers. They are listed in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms and policies apply to them, and we aren't responsible for their services.
15. Our name and work
The nudj. name, the wordmark with its dot, the app, this website, its film, characters and design belong to us. These terms don't give you any right to use them, other than using nudj. as intended.
16. Stopping or suspending use
You can stop using nudj. at any time by uninstalling it, and delete your account as described above. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or puts other people or our services at risk. If we ever stop running nudj., we'll try to give reasonable notice so you can export your reminders (Settings → Export).
17. Disclaimer
We provide nudj. "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that nudj. will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every reminder will be read correctly or ring on time.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by a missed, late or incorrect reminder or alarm, by AI misreading something, by your device or its settings, or by services we don't control. Because nudj. is free, if we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for nudj. in the twelve months before the claim, which is currently zero.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be limited by agreement, or our liability for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as nudj. changes. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll give notice in the app or on this website. If you keep using nudj. after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
